What do you mean by "top-to-bottom" service?
We provide every listing service you've come to expect, including video, photo, aerial services, floor plans, 3D tours, photo retouching, virtual staging, virtual twilights, and more! Beyond listings, we also help agents elevate their brand with custom agent branding videos, headshots, and lifestyle clips designed for social media content. Whether it’s a turnkey package or a custom media mix, we make it easy for agents to look professional, stay consistent, and stand out! And if you're not an agent, we even have a solution for you short-term rental owners out there!
Do you charge rescheduling fees or cancellation fees?
So far, we have never charged rescheduling fees or cancellation fees as this has not been a recurring problem among any of our outstanding clients! However, please read this statement regarding inclement weather.
What is your travel radius?
We are based in Searcy, Arkansas. All listings within 60 miles incur no travel fees; listings greater than 60 miles incur a round-trip travel reimbursement ($0.75/round-trip mile). We have served clients as far west as Hot Springs, as far north as Quitman, as far south as Stuttgart, and as far east as Wynne. We are excited to serve you in all of these places and more! We would love to make arrangements wherever you need us!
How can I prepare for the shoot?
We kindly ask, would you please help us by: 1) Turning off all ceiling fans, 2) turning on all lights (lamps too!), 3) opening all blinds, 4) park cars away from the main windows, and 5) passing along this prep sheet guide to your sellers? Thank you!
Do you clear the area for each shot?
We always go the extra mile! We spend the first 10-15 minutes upon arrival to tidy things up. We will assist you by featuring each home in the best way possible in the shortest amount of time!
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround for photography services less than 24 hours and 1-2 days for select video services! Please review more details here!
Do you have a referral program?
Absolutely! When the person you refer types in your code when they schedule online, you will receive a $100 credit, which will be applied to your next listing! The person you refer will also receive $50 credit toward their next listing!
Also, our VIP program gives $250 credit to the one referred, and a complimentary shoot to the one who refers!
How do I schedule an appointment?
